libxcb-xvmc0-dbg software package provides X C Binding, xvmc extension, debugging symbols, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libxcb-xvmc0-dbg
libxcb-xvmc0-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libxcb-xvmc0-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libxcb-xvmc0-dbg *
